Delivery & Returns

UK

Delivery costs are £6.50. For all items in stock please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch and delivery from the date you placed your order (excluding Sundays). Please note that many of the items for purchase on our website are made specially to order, therefore where we are required to make your jewellery please allow a possible 2-3 weeks from the date you place your order until dispatch.

Items in the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail special delivery which is a secure, signed for service which therefore requires a signature upon receipt.

*You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched

International Delivery

Delivery costs are £10.00 per order. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from date of dispatch.

*Please note:
Your parcel will require a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.

Buyers are responsible for any custom charges or taxes where applicable.

VAT on orders

All orders being dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT (20%).

Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%). This is removed from your order at the checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are loving made by us and carefully hand checked and packed prior dispatch. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us on info@thesecretjeweller.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for refund.

Please note: Bespoke commissions, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request, sale items are exempt from any refunds.

Please be aware that returns on earrings are not accepted due to hygiene

Faulty Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email us at info@thesecretjewller.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. Should this occur, we will cover additional delivery costs and re-arrange delivery of a new replacement item.
